How long until I get my order?

Every shirt is printed after you order it, not pulled from a shelf. Production takes 3–5 business days, then 3–5 days in transit. So plan on roughly a week to a week and a half from order to doorstep.

What does shipping cost?

$6 flat on orders under $75. Free on orders $75 and over. Express is available at $15 if you need it sooner.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We're US-only for now.

What size should I order?

Depends which line. Signature Haunts tees run boxy and oversized — size down if you want a standard fit. Everyday Tees run true to size. Photo guides for both are on our Sizing Guides page.

What's the difference between Signature Haunts and Everyday Tees?

Signature Haunts are printed on the Shaka Wear Max Heavyweight — 7.5 oz, boxy, substantial, built for larger graphics. Everyday Tees are the Gildan 64000 Softstyle at 4.5 oz, standard fit, available in multiple colors. Heavier and roomier versus lighter and everyday.

My shirt feels stiff. Is that normal?

For the Signature tees, yes. The Max Heavyweight blank wears stiff out of the bag and breaks in after a wash or two. That's the weight doing its job.

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?

Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind — there's no stock to return it to. That's why the sizing guides matter. If you're between sizes and unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll make it right. Refunds are issued for wrong items and damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase. Email contact@hauntseason.com with your order number and a photo.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as fast as you can. Once production starts we usually can't stop it, but if we catch it in time we'll fix it.

How do I wash it?

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the iron directly on the print.

Will sold-out designs come back?

Each release gets a number and keeps it. Some come back, some don't. If a design matters to you, don't wait on it.
